Hey ya'll. My name is Kay and I'm a newly accepted member to the RPG. Just figured I'd get some conversation flowing as the boards are rather slow. =)

So, what plans do you all have for the summer? I'm personally working my butt of to earn as much money as I can before my next semester begins. But I'm also looking for some much-needed relaxation.

And i plan on sleeping, i start my new job (after leaving college and finishing my A levels) at the end of summer so i'm planning to get lots of sleep.

Hey there! My name is Jess, and right now I'm looking for a job. I'm a seasonal Cast Member at the Walt Disney World resort and I sadly cannot afford to be there for the whole summer.

I'm also trying hard to get this board on its feet again. I have seen it grow for nearly five years and I would love to see it come alive again. It really is the best rpg I've run across, and it is a great place to exercise creative skills.

I guess that's the end of my pep talk. Kay, I'm glad you joined. Tim, I'm glad you're still here and hopefully we'll be having lots of rpg fun soon!

WDW, eh? I went to school with a girl who tried out for the position of Cinderella. Never happened, though. =\ I think that would be great fun! Though I'm sure they pay is less than great.

Thanks unfortunetly due to the amount of exams i have next week (6, all of them lasting more than 2 hours) I will not be posting probably at all next week so sorry about that. But after that i'll have more time than i know what to do with so i'll do it!

I figure it'll take about another week until volume is up ... I'm pretty sure that's universally the almost-time that everyone gets out of school.

Hey Scarlet. My name is Nina. This summer I hope to continue my job at the school I work at. It's a summer program and it pays good. 15 dollars an hour is pretty damned good to me. Other than that I want to travel with my bf. Florida and then Puerto Rico hopefully. But everything is so darn expensive. Where does everyone live? I'm in New York.

Wow! $15/hour? That's amazing! Congrats on that. I looove traveling. Don't plan to do very much of it this summer though. Perhaps somewhere else around the state (Virginia). What part of New York are you from? I grew up on Long Island, in Nassau County. =)

I studied abroad in London last semester ... one of the greatest times in my life.

Of course it was, its in London! London rocks, i need to go down to the west end soon, some good musicals i want to see.

As for musicals..yeah you guys have 'Wicked' at the moment! Cant' wait til that one comes down to Oz next year (hope it does anyway!!).

Wicked yeah, i don't think i'm gonna see that, although it looks awesome (West end costs looooooooads) erm so i was thinking about going to see the Joseph and his amazing technicolour dream coat which will be out soon. The lead role was voted by an audience in a Television called Any Dream Will Do and the guy i wanted to win won, so i'm gonna have to watch that!

Joseph is a GREAT musical. I loved that when I saw that. I wanted to see Wicked while I was there but I kept convincing myself that I didn't have the money ... but that was probably the only opportunity lest a crew comes along in my little rural town!

God, I miss the tube! All those adverts along the escalators ... sooo much fun.

Its not the same as the West End is it? So did you enjoy it over here? Were the brits down in London nice to you? lol

The tube rocks, i don't live anywhere near London and i know it rocks! I've been on it several times and its great fun! The escalators going down are brilliant too!

I stayed with a host family in Crouch End (North London) and they were very, very nice. I didn't really come into contact many mean people or anything, everything was pretty much fine. I loved my time in London, I can't wait to come back!
